COMPARISONS
The purpose of a grow light is to turn electricity into electromagnetic radiation in the form of light needed for plant growth efficiently as possible. 

Common lighting devices (including other LED lights) emit a wide range of radiation, including heat, often not needed for the intended purpose, illumination; and this energy is often pulsed at a high rate so it appears to be consistently on to the human eye but causing a drop in needed luminance at a specific wavelength and over a finite amount of time and space in relation to power consumption. Furthermore the heat generated is often removed by a fan or other method leading to more power use and heat generation.

COOL EFFICIENT LIGHTING VS. HID
Old school HID needs adquate space, air conditioning, or exhaust fans to keep the area around the light cool enough for plants to grow. If anything gets too close it can burn. Other "LED grow lights" have onboard cooling
fans or they are water cooled wich wastes even more power pumping water through an electrical device.

RTG CEL is safe for plants to grow while touching the fixture. CEL has no cooling fans. CEL can be used in an unventlated room or closet space with out attracting un nessacary attention.

COOL EFFICIENT LIGHTING VS. LED
Other "LED" grow lights are manufactured in the least
expensive way possible then mass produced and stored in warehouses until the light is ordered. The technology designed and built into the fixture is therefore out dated and obsolete by the time the light is put into use for the first time. LED grow lights that are assembled this way permanently connect all components for so if one piece fails the entire investment is ruined. CEL lights are designed to be modular always accepting the latest technology available at the time your order is made. This concept also allows any part to be easily replaced or upgraded. CEL is made to order. Most LED grow lights are monochromatic (one color). Other "dual and tri band LED grow lights" have a very limited red blue spectrum. This is not natural for plant life. CEL is a full spectrum grow light. The visible output appears to be magenta in color because the spectrum is tailored and tuned for maximum absorption across the entire usable electromagnetic spectrum. LEDs like most modern light emitting devices respond instantly when power is applied therefore a greater electrical force can be used if the electricity is pulsed at a very high rate rather than driving it with a steady current. Pulsed LEDs can appear brighter to the human eye because the period of darkness changes to fast for us to see. Considering the photosynthetic process takes 1/3 of one trillionth of a second and colors are just a description of how fast photons move past any given point you can establish any pulsing will and does affect growth. CEL emits a constant and consistent stream of usable light. This also allows the fixture to shift the emitters into a wider and more usable spectrum.
